The Monty Manor is a vacation destination is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath stilt-home duplex in a quiet residential neighborhood located about midway down the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and private washer and dryers in each unit. Upon arrival there is ample parking for four in the driveway. There is a storage locker with beach equipment, as well as recreational equipment like a ping-pong table and a nicely sanded area that the kids will enjoy with corn hole boards overlooking the rear yard and fire pit. Also on this lower level are two outdoor showers, a gas grill and plenty of tables and chairs. This duplex is perfect for large or extended families.
Entry into the left side of the duplex is up the stairs on the left of the building and into the open plan kitchen, eat-in bar and living area. Decor is beachy/nautical. There is wood flooring throughout, with tile in the bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of Corian countertops with tile backsplash, a double sink, a pantry and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. There is even a Keurig coffee maker. Appliances include a 4-burner range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, a dishwasher and refrigerator-freezer with ice-maker. There is a peninsular bar with three bar stools on the living area side. The adjacent living area is furnished with a sofa, two end tables, coffee table and two side chairs on an area rug, opposite which is a game locker credenza with large wall-mounted flat screen TV above. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access out to the screen-enclosed deck with ceiling fan, furnished with a high-boy dining table seating 4, as well as two rockers and a cocktail table on an area rug. Behind double doors on the patio is a stacked washer and dryer. This deck overlooks the back yard, a small lake, and further to the right is a view of the Estero Bay estuary. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, ample closet space and a double dresser with flat screen TV. The hallway bath has a nicely tiled combination shower/tub with sliding glass doors, commode, and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. The guest bedroom has bunk beds, perfect for the kids, with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top. There is ample closet space, and a desk with lamp and chair.
