Welcome to our secluded, newly-remodeled home nestled on 2.7 acres in the Ponderosa Pines! With spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, an occasional wildlife visitor, and all the amenities, our place will not disappoint!

Situated only minutes from historic downtown Monument, you'll have quick access to shopping, exploring hiking/biking trails, and the interstate, which makes traveling to Colorado Springs/Denver smooth.

Whether you seek a family vacation or a quiet getaway, we thank you for giving our home consideration. With our invitation to stay at Sanctuary View, please understand that our home is not for everyone. While children are welcome, our home is not child-proofed and children would require intentional supervision (hot-tub, sunroom, etc...) Please keep this in mind when making your decision. We also place high emphasis on reviewing travelers history/ratings. We aim to keep our home in the best condition for us, as well as future travelers. We hope you understand our heart behind this.

Best Rental!

Beautiful newly renovated property. Kim is local and wonderful to work with. The gourmet kitchen has everything a cook could want, the beds are comfortable, and the baths are large and well stocked. This is a great home for couples- our grown children joined us. Though we love what this area offers for sightseeing and hiking, we easily could have spent all of our time relaxing in the hot tub under the pines or on the wrap-around deck taking in the beautiful mountain views!

We are originally from Phoenix, Arizona, but raised our family in Monument, Colorado. After a short time away, we returned to the state we love and spend a great deal of time traveling and visiting our family elsewhere.

Why they chose this property

It took several years, but we've been blessed to find the home of our dreams in Colorado Estates. Living in the trees, with a view of the mountains is the best Colorado can offer in our opinion. We absolutely love the serenity of the neighborhood and our neighbors as well.

What makes this property unique

Our area is uniquely located on the west side of the freeway; being tucked away from busier areas, yet not far from necessities, is a beautiful thing!
