(To be rented in conjunction with VRBO # 3245742 and 3243726) Recently renovated to an excellent condition that keeps the classic cabin vibe (This cabin was originally built in 1915 and relocated to it's current spot) but brings it up to date with everything one needs to find serenity. Part of the Highland Glen riverside cottages, this cabin is located about 50' from the wonderful river and it’s rhythmic and therapeutic sound, enjoy the crystal clear water and all the abundant surrounding nature that feeds off it's energy and nourishment. All new windows open the cabin up like a present during a holiday for one to enjoy the seasons as they pass along. Upgrades also include, new lighting, new hardwood and tile floors and even granite countertops. The cabin is about twenty minutes to either Estes Park or the Town of Lyons, so there's plenty to do. Hi! I live down the hill in Lyons (about 15-20minutes) and love this cabin (and the adjacent two). I grew up in the suburbs of St. Louis and would spend every Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend on a friend's relatives 400 acre river property. It was amazing to find arrow heads, explore caves and float on the river. When I saw this property, I was immediately compelled to buy it and renovate each cabin. I hope you enjoy the property as much as I do. There's something about the amazing constant sound of the river that is good for the soul.
