When you book this well-appointed home away from home, you and your guests are granted access to entertaining amenities on-site, including a sparkling outdoor pool, outdoor showers by the pool, outdoor dining areas at the pool area and beside the lake, and a BBQ area with charcoal grills right beside the lake as well.

A short elevator ride will take you to your next home base. Upon entering, discover an air-conditioned and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials so you can channel your inner chef and surprise everyone with delicious homemade meals. When mealtime is over, retreat to the inviting living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a TV with cable. Another great spot to unwind is the sunny balcony that faces the community lake. The primary suite and guest bedroom enjoy en suite bathrooms. There is a third bedroom that can be used as an office as it's equipped with a convenient desk.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
