A estadia foi ótima, o imóvel corresponde com o anúncio, localização excelente, só uma ressalva, os quartos não tem muita privacidade, pois a parede que faz a separação não vai até o final, e se escuta TD de um quarto para o outro, pra mim não teve problema algum, pois estávamos em família. O resto é tudo excelente

Cortinas

Acredito que necessário melhorar as cortinas do apartamento, não dá para fechar e a claridade é impossível dormir, a noite pq tem a luz do Burger King, e de manha o sol bate na cara. Uma cortina Blackout resolveria o problema. Local também é bem barulhento, poit ideal para jovens animados. Todos os dias vimos pessoas serem assaltadas. Local dominado por bandidos, uma judiação.

Época de Pandemia

Reservei com bastante antecedência, mas não foi possível viajar devido a quarentena decretada pelo governo de São Paulo por causa do Covid-19. Entrei em contato atraves deste site, com o dono do imóvel, para uma negociação, em questão ao valor pago ou remarcação, tendo em vista que ambas as partes estavam isentos de culpa, mas até a presente data não obtive resposta. Paguei, não usuflui e não tive nenhuma consideração por parte do site e do proprietário.

Bom

Apartamento bem localizado, próximo de tudo, limpo. Algumas coisas deixaram a desejar, como a geladeira por exemplo que não estava funcionando adequadamente, os alimentos e bebidas não gelavam, tivemos que comprar gelo e colocar em bolsas térmicas para não estragar. Torneiras pingando a noite toda, a maçaneta da porta da entrada caía toda hora que saíamos, o quarto muito claro, o que nos incomodou bastante na hora de dormir.
