This gulf front condo is one of the nicest condos at the Boardwalk complex.

The ocean front master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv with balcony access and spectacular ocean view.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv.

The 3rd room has a twin size bunk bed.

It also has high speed wireless internet and a phone with free long distance.

We have a few Boardwalk Beach Resort condos available on high or low floors also. Please inquire to get pricing and availability.

Spring break

We had a great time. The condo was just as expected. There was some basic wear and tear but felt really beachy! The view was excellent. Lots of closet space and kitchen had everything we needed (except an oven mitt or pot holder). We had no problems with elevator, parking or finding a pool chair. Host was excellent at responding to my questions via e-mail. Thank you!

Quick getaway

Unit was okay. It needs to be updated and a good cleaning. Management of the unit charged for parking passes that were never brought to us and when asked to refund the amount they completely stopped communicating with us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great! We loved the view and the lay out of the room! There were a few cosmetic problems that probably need to be fixed but it did not dampen our vacation. The master shower leaks out in to the floor. We would lay down towels to soak it up but when I say soaked those towels I mean dripping wet. We just laid them over in the tub until it was time to wash them. The return vents were very dirty. The kitchen table legs were very wobbly. The couch could use replacing in the near future and the back to one of the living room chairs was broke. The room was clean and ready for us when we got there! But like I said, it did not dampen our vacation and would stay there again! We definitely loved the Boardwalk and the amenities and will hopefully stay there again in the future!
