POOL SAFETY NOTICE
• A shepherd’s safety hook is located on the left side of the pool behind the lounge chairs.
• An alarm chime sounds when the rear sliding glass door is opened.
• An isolation fence is available upon request. If the fence is down, extra supervision is required.
• We encourage you and your family to familiarize yourselves with the pool’s safety features, locks, and alarms upon arrival.
• Young children should not be left unattended near the pool.

NOTE: Pool heat is FREE. Please contact us at least 1 day in advance of check-in if you would like the pool heating activated during your stay.

WELCOME NOTICE - We’re glad to host you and kindly remind you that our property is free from illicit drugs. All forms of smoking are permitted outdoors only. Please note, violations of this policy may incur a $1,000 fine along with an odor mitigation charge.

GENTLE REMINDER: Upon your departure, please adhere to the check-out instructions provided. We kindly request you to keep the property tidy during your stay, ensure that excessively dirty linens are washed, and trash is disposed of in the outdoor bins. We appreciate your respect for the property. Please note, extra cleaning charges may apply if the property requires excessive cleaning.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
• Pool heat is free, but please inform us a day before check-in if you would like the pool heated.
• Treat our home as if it’s your own. If any damage occurs, notify us immediately.
• Please be considerate of the space, as previous guests have been.
• We strive to address issues swiftly. However, immediate on-site service may not be available as the property isn’t manned round the clock.
• Non-emergency maintenance may not be available during your stay, but we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
• Guests must be 18+, barring children accompanied by parents.
• The guest limit is sixteen. We kindly ask for an accurate guest count.
• A security camera is installed at the front door for your safety. Please avoid tampering with it to avoid possible eviction.
• We respectfully decline early check-ins or late check-outs. An extra charge of $50 will apply for each.
• Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for weather events, natural disasters, power outages, and other uncontrollable circumstances.
• We provide a starting supply of items like toilet paper and paper towels. If you’re planning an extended stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
