Monica was a very responsive host and did her best to address all of the immediate mechanical issues that had no bearing on this review. This newer casa is sparsely furnished with only a dining table and chairs and a small sofa. However the kitchen was pretty well equipped and clean. We only had a few minor issues.The biggest problem was with all the keys and access to them. The locks on the doors and the front gate are awkward and cumbersome. The other issue is that the location is in a busy, noisy neighborhood outside of town. The yard is small and enclosed with a tall corrugated fence topped with razor wire. The only view is of the tops of the plantation palm trees across the street. Overall our experience was satisfactory.
