Be sure to enjoy all of the other outdoor amenities the Oasis Club has to offer including: two regulation size sand volleyball courts, 130,000 gallon heated circle pool, spa, full-service Tiki Bar, daily specials AND sundries stand. For the ultimate in relaxation, take advantage of one of our 16 indoor air-conditioned cabanas, complete with indoor lounge style seating for two, two dedicated outdoor lounge chairs with umbrella, LED TV, kitchenette with mini-fridge and a full bathroom with shower (separate fees apply).
*Complimentary shuttle bus between The Oasis Clubhouse,ChampionsGate Golf Club, Tennis Courts in addition to villa pick-up/drop off - schedules may vary please contact 407-507-2800. Shuttle service will end on May 31, 2024.

Read Before Booking this property:

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. The Champions Gate Community HOA has a 4 to 5 Car Maximum (depending on the size of property) that is permitted to be registered per home. ALL DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. All drivers will be required to provide a valid driver’s license to the guard gate upon arrival. Any driver that is not registered prior to arrival will not be allowed access to the community. Should you need to add a guest/driver after-hours (after arrival), there is a $75 fee that will be charged.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if your are interested in extending these times. Extra charges will apply.

Self-Check-in/Check Out with our keyless entry door which requires a unique code to enter. Each code is computer generated and unique for each guest.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.

Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.

Pool Policy: *Please note that pool heat (where applicable) is not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply.
The pool heater can be turned on for an additional weekly cost. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.
