There are so many reasons to visit Florida from the beautiful weather, serene beaches, to the theme parks. Whether you plan your stay around seeing Florida’s sights or a theme park filled adventure, this house is centrally located for you to enjoy it all. You are 6 minutes away from Walmart, 9 minutes away from Target, and a short 5-minute drive to a Starbucks.

You will be staying in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just south of Walt Disney World. This villa features a pool, a 1-foot splash pool for your little ones to play in, a fantastic theater room, Wi-Fi, high-speed internet and so much more!

We want you to enjoy this house, stress free, which is why we include some of your families’ basic needs such as a pack-n-play, a stroller and a highchair. We know you might need more than this we recommend a local rental company in case you might need further amenities. They rent out items such as full-sized cribs, double strollers and even grills!

Dogs are welcome here as we know you may want to bring your whole family with you! We do charge a $25 nightly fee, which is cheaper than kenneling. Very few owners in the area allow dogs but because most of the house is tile it has worked well for us.

We offer a simple and convenient booking process. We take care of you personally from the time you inquire until your departure. You are not dealing with a booking agent; we personally own this home. However, this villa is professionally maintained, and you will have access to 24/7 assistance from our local management company. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will immediately confirm your reservation.

This is the perfect place to return to at the end of a long day with all the comforts of home. You can relax around the pool with a drink and plan your next adventure. There’s so much to see and do in the area that you will need an occasional day to simply chill out in the home while the children have fun in the private swimming pool.

This private pool will be your ultimate family hangout location with heating available at only $25/night! To save energy and due to rising energy prices, pool heating is turned off by default. If you would like pool heat, please let us know at least five days before arrival. It will take about 24 hours for the pool to get to the standard temperature of 86 degrees. If you let us know after you arrive, we will have to alert our management company, who will charge a TRIP FEE to turn it on.

This home has a security system for your peace of mind that includes video cameras on the exterior of the house that point outward. The purpose of these cameras is strictly for security and not for monitoring guests.
