With 8 beds total, you'll have plenty of room for 16+ guests. The upstairs features a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, 3rd bedroom with a full-over-full bunkbed (sleeps 4), 4th bedroom with a king bed, and a hallway bathroom. Downstairs, there is a secondary master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom, a 6th bedroom with another full-over-full bunkbed (sleeps 4), and a hallway bathroom. Our home has been fully renovated with every detail in-mind, with no spared expenses, and with comfort and luxury as a necessity.

You'll have access to a billiards table, arcade games, and an oversized couch, perfect for bonding with friends and family. The full kitchen with island and oversized pantry is fully equipped with all the necessities for longer stays or large groups.

Free wifi and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The property also features a 2 car garage and a backyard patio with a jacuzzi and attached above ground luxurious pool (heated). The jacuzzi/heated pool is a luxurious resistance pool with swim jets for swimming against the current and can also double as a giant hot tub.

Reasonable, BUT

Overall a good home. The six bedrooms were wonderful. Disappointed and frustrated that the propane tank for the grill was EMPTY, the grill and grill utensils were very dirty, the oven was dirty (spilled over). I had to ask for check in instructions an hour before check in time as I still hadn't received them and midstay I messaged the host with a question and she NEVER replied. The host indicated that IF the propane tank was empty we could refill it and be reimbursed, which implies she knew perfectly well it was empty. So there we were with food in hand ready to grill dinner before we knew it was empty, like we wanted to stop then and go get it filled. Seriously? FYI, The property backs up to Tatum, so we could hear the traffic.
