Very quiet residential neighborhood on nice size lots. Detached 1 car garage included and laundry room with washer and dryer in the basement which is a shared space w/ upstairs tenants.

Walking distance to the Frederick Olmstead designed Cherokee Park which boasts walking and cycling roads, Mountain bike and hiking trails and a public golf course.
