About this property

The apartment has two bedrooms and one suite. In the second bedroom we have a sofa that turns into a double bed. Shelves and cabinets can be used to accommodate people's belongings. TV in both bedrooms. In the suite, we actually have a small toilet, as there is no shower. In the third reversible bedroom we have a small bathroom that can be perfectly used. The room, although small, accommodates a single bed. The living room is very comfortable, with two sofas and a table with modern TV. On the balcony that continues the room we have a small swinging net, super hot. The apartment has no garage, but there are parking spaces in the street, as it is not a street with a lot of heavy bus traffic. It has parking nearby.

Ótimo custo beneficio

Ficamos hospedados no apartamento da Glória por 4 dias, no feriado de Tiradentes. Éramos 5 adultos e o apartamento nos serviu muito bem. Os quartos são espaçosos e arejados. A localização é um diferencial: a 2 quadras do metro e a 3 quadras da praia. Sem contar os inúmeros serviços, restaurantes e lojas que tem nos arredores. A Glória foi muito solicita desde o nosso primeiro contato. Permitiu que fizemos check in mais cedo e check out mais tarde. O apartamento é simples e precisa de algumas reformas. Não espere por luxo! Contudo isso não atrapalha a estadia. Como hospedes que pretendem voltar, temos como sugestão: trocar os colchões das camas que estão finos, que para uma estadia mais longa pode ser ruim; melhorar os utensílios domésticos, principalmente os da cozinha; trocar o sofá cama por outro ou por uma cama mesmo. Ele está muito desgastado. no geral recomendamos e pretendemos voltar

Gloria fue una excelente anfitriona, muy preocupada y servicial. El departamento es como se ve en las fotos, éramos 7 y nos acomodamos muy bien. Volvería a hospedarme aquí.

apartamento maravilhoso

fui para esse apartamento com a minha familia, e ele é muito agradavel, ambiente gostoso e tranquilo, portaria sempre presente, proximo a praia, de lojinhas, supermercados, farmacias, td que vc precisar tem por perto, ate lanchonetes, pizzarias e barzinhos, super recomendo para todos que estao pensando em tirar ferias maravilhosas, o apartamento é aconchegante e bem situado em copacabana, vale a pena!

Excelente imóvel com ótima localização

A administradora do imóvel é uma ótima pessoa, de absoluta confiança e tem plenos poderes sobre o apartamento. Faz tudo dentro dos conformes. Fechamos a estadia e logo ela nos enviou duas cópias do contrato (via Correios) com sua firma reconhecida, endereço e documentos. A respeito do apartamento: eu e mais 5 amigos nos hospedamos lá por 3 dias (de 11 a 13 de julho) e tivemos uma excelente experiência. O imóvel tem uma localização maravilhosa, fica perto de tudo. A acomodação é muito confortável (uma cama de casal, 1 bicama de solteiro, um sofá cama de casal e mais 1 colchão de casal extra), tem chuveiro elétrico e todos os demais aparatos necessários (ferro de passar roupa, microondas, geladeira, fogão...). Tivemos uma agradável surpresa: não sabíamos que lá tinha internet wi-fi e tv a cabo disponíveis, pois no anúncio que encontramos não falava sobre isso. Ficamos muito satisfeitos. Indico bastante!
