Beautifully furnished and well-appointed home in the Spring Branch area of Houston, this is a great location within easy driving distance of several points of interest. Front unit of a duplex, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area, separate dining area, and small backyard with a patio and deck. WiFi and SlingTV service included throughout the home, and washer and dryer in the unit.
NOTE: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved prior to your stay. If you bring a pet without approval, you will forfeit some or all of your deposit.
1. Parking for Unit A is on the far right side of the parking area in front of the home. There are 2 parking spots assigned to this listing.
2. Enter the home on the left side of the building - it's the first door on the right.
3. To operate the keypad and unlock the door, you will receive a code prior to your check-in time, which will only be valid from your check-in time until the check-out time on your day of departure. Enter your code, then press the # button on the lower right. The deadbolt should unlock automatically. If it does not work, wait about 10 seconds and try again. If it still does not work, please call me at the number listed in this app and I will assist you.
4. To lock the door whenever you leave the house or check out, simply close the door, touch the keypad to activate it, and then press the # button for about 2 seconds until the deadbolt locks. Again, if it doesn't work, please contact me and I will assist.
5. The instructions for connecting to the WiFi are listed in the Wi-Fi details. If needed, the network name and password are located on the bottom of the Netgear router on the small table to the left of the front door.
6. All the TVs are connected to Wi-Fi and have SlingTV available. On the remote, just press the Sling button and it will take you to the channel menu.
7. There is a linen closet at the end of the hallway with extra towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. if needed. There are twin sheet sets in there for extra guests sleeping on the air mattresses, a vacuum cleaner and broom, and iron and ironing board on the back of the door.
8. In the laundry area on the shelf above there are two air mattresses and some extra pillows, and laundry detergent.
9. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer. For drying clothes, it is recommended to use the "time dry" setting as the "auto dry" settings may not completely dry your items in one cycle.
10. The closet in the living area is for our cleaning and maintenance staff and is normally locked. There are some coat hooks to the right of the front door if needed. The attic is also not for guest access. For your safety, please do not attempt to go up there.
11. If there are any maintenance issues, such as appliances, water heater, A/C or heat, etc., please contact us right away so we can work on getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible. The same applies to any missing items or areas that do not seem to be cleaned properly.
12. The primary method of contact should be through the booking app so all hosts can see your messages. In the case of an emergency or late at night if you don't get a response to your message, please don't hesitate to call the number provided.
