A Clean & Cozy Beach Access Home Caseville, Sand Point!

Our home is located in Sand Point and has been completely renovated and ready to be shared with our guests! Enjoy your days on the beach and evenings on the back deck or around the fire pit! BEAUTIFUL north shore sandy beach is available just a short mile down the road. Water access to Saginaw Bay is located directly across the street. A few miles to Caseville, and a short drive to famous Turnip Rock! Enjoy all the thumb has to offer! We look forward to sharing our lovely home with you!

-Guests will have access to the entire renovated home and yard!
-Please understand if your pet is preapproved we ask that you leash your animal at all times and well as leave no trace of your animal having been in the home or outside. A non-refundable pet fee will be added for all pre-approved pets. Pets on premises without pre-approval or violators of our pet rules may result in termination of reservation as the guests expense.

We planned a kayak trip to Turnip Rock. We stayed here, and the inside of the house was beautiful and set up perfectly. It was 25 minutes to Port Austin, and we went on our kayak trip. We would recommend staying in this house. Caseville is also 19 minutes away.

Beautiful home

We came up for the Cheeseburger Festival and stayed here. The home was very clean and modern and was just a few minutes from Caseville so it was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet at night and we all slept very well. The included firepit was great after a night at the festival to wind down. Eli was very attentive to any question I had answering them within minutes of asking. The home is well stocked and had just about everything we needed. If you’re coming up for the Cheeseburger Festival but want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Caseville, this is the place to book.

We love going down to the beach access, playing in the sand and water, and especially live watching the sun rise and set over Lake Huron. Our favorite is to enjoy a bonfire in the evenings while looking at the beautiful night sky! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

Sand Point is a little slice of heaven! Just a few miles outside of Caseville you can enjoy a quite atmosphere, wildlife (look out for deer and bald eagles), some of the most beautifully sandy beaches as well as the joys of watching the sunrise and set over Lake Huron! Simply breathtaking!
