Set below street level and surrounded by decks and garden-life, this 70s RV-inspired walk-out basement offers quiet, indoor/outdoor living. It's wedged in the middle of East LA's trendy neighborhoods and is 10 minutes to downtown and Dodger's stadium.

Designer done, the fully-functioning tiny kitchen has been widely featured and includes a washer/dryer combo and all-in one appliances. The 400 square feet has maximized storage, multi use furniture and Wes Anderson 'glamp' vibes.

Pets will be considered. No barking pets or pets that will chase our friendly stray cat away. No off leash on the property. Noise complaint fees apply
