Why they chose this property
The apartment location was chosen as its directly in the center of down town and easy to get to almost anywhere in Montreal. I mostly walk everywhere which makes its easier being in the center of everything.
What makes this property unique
The large windows that face the sun from morning till sunset which gives amazing light on sunny days. The private rooftop terrace is amazing to have during warm sunny days to be able to have your own personal space right in the city center.
