This fully furnished home is nestled in the Robbinwood Estates subdivision. Located near the hospitals and courthouse, this rental is perfect for those in town on business. All three bedrooms have black out curtains to ensure you rest comfortably. The master bathroom has a garden tub for those who enjoy soaking at the end of a long day, as well as his and hers vanities to accommodate couples. The new appliances include a second refrigerator in the laundry room for cold beverages, etc. Smart tv's are in the living room and all three bedrooms. The yard is maintained with weekly scheduled lawncare and sprinklers. This home comes with a two-car garage and an ADT home security system. Welcome to your home away from home!

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used sheets and pillowcases on the floor in the bedrooms. I will wash all bedding.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is only permitted in the two-car garage and driveway provided. Oversized trucks will not fit. No overnight parking in the front is allowed.
Please drive SLOWLY down the back alley when accessing the garage. Be aware of residents who regularly walk this narrow street with their pets.
No loud music coming from vehicles, inside the house or the yard. Respect others who call this neighborhood home. I WILL respond to noise complaints.
