Mike was always reachable if there was a question from our side and everything worked as a charm. The pool is really great for small children and the location of the flat is also very good. My husband, two small kids and I stayed here for 6 nights. We liked that Mike was always quick to respond to our questions/concerns. We also liked that the flat was equipped with nearly everything we needed and very centrally located. The nearby city square mall was very useful. With 4 people, the flat was a bit of a squeeze, but we didn't mind since we were out all day. Noise from cars and people on the street could be heard round the clock, but we had no problems sleeping anyway. Great low-cost option for staying in the heart of Singapore.

Mike was a great host. Very flexible, understanding and someone who you could rely on. He communicated quickly, frequently (just enough) and provided help when required. The flat was tidy and basic. There was a brand new washing washing machine and fridge/freezer. The swimming pool is small, but great to relax in and do a few laps. There was a small outside food court to grab food and a 7eleven on the ground floor outside. I saw another food court at the back of the flat but didn't have time to go to it. I would highly recommend visiting City Square Mall which is a short 5min walk from the apartment. There is a food court on the top floor which is great value for money. Walking directions (http://goo.gl/maps/e1E6A) Lavendar MRT station is around an 8 min walk. The station has a number of place to eat as well including a food court (koopitiam) Thanks for being a great host Mike! Mark
