Fully renovated new washer, fridge, freezer, sofa, bed, microwave, blender, rice cooker. Kitchenware cookware included. Do not remove. Includes 1 kitchen inside and 1 outdoor kitchen where you can cook. Bathrooms fully renovated. Wifi available for use. 3 new large smart TV in each bedroom/living room. Videoke machine for entertainment. Extra bed in master bedroom and extra folding floor mattress cushions for extra guests to use. Good for parties which includes 2 Bahay Kubos in the yard and a custom built BBQ oven. Solar lights have been installed throughout the yard and driveway, 3 min to Robinson Mall, 5 min to Gabu Airport. Vehicles for rent with optional day trips to Pasuquin. I was born and raised in Hawaii but my husband was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Although I am a local girl, we still call Philippines "home". We do enjoy visiting the Philippines several times a year and we enjoy traveling!

Why they chose this property

The reason why we chose Raraburan is it's closeness to Robinson Mall and the upcoming SM Mall nearby as well. We also love the neighborhood because it's really quiet and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it's somewhere you can feel at home. We built it with all the same amenities that we have in the U.S. Also, it's really close to the shopping mall (3 minutes) so you don't have to worry about driving far. It's basically in the middle of everything. All the major tourist sites and main shopping areas are all nearby.
