Welcome to our cozy beach condo at The Colony at Mandalay Beach in Oxnard, California! This new listing is an upper unit offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus a large loft (with peek-a-boo view of the ocean), 2 private outdoor patio areas, 2 car garage + in-unit laundry. Walk across the street to the beautiful beach or enjoy 2 heated pools, 4 hot tubs, fitness center, tennis & racquet ball courts within the gated community. We are excited to share our 1,627 sq. ft. slice of beach paradise with you!

With windows/glass slider doors facing both east and west (in addition to two sky lights), you will get to enjoy natural light when the sun rises in the east all the way through sunset in the west. While properties this close to the beach do not have air conditioning, a wonderful ocean breeze is felt throughout the unit. You can hear the sound of crashing waves from the balcony. Start your day with the coffee/tea bar (Nespresso machine available) and end your evening with use of the gas grill and fire pit.Kayak/boat rentals, Sunday farmer's market and great restaurants are a short walk or bike ride away.

Oxnard offers a chill beach vibe of Southern California with the allure of an east coast-style marina. We love to park our vehicle for days at a time in favor or biking or walking to great local restaurants, parks and the farmers market. Oh, and the beach!

The beautifully landscaped neighborhood encompasses three gated Spanish style sections located adjacent to Channel Islands Harbor and Mandalay Beach. The Colony is only steps from the Pacific Ocean and within walking distance of harbor shops, restaurants and the Oxnard Beach Park.
