The Space:
Fully furnished 3 bedroom 1-1/2 bath Lakeshore home. Fully supplied kitchen with coffee and tea. Washer and Dryer. Whole house heating and air conditioning. Patio with seating for viewing sunsets and grilling. Outdoor Fire Pit. Garage parking. 2 Miles from Geneva on the Lake strip, close enough to enjoy the action, far enough away for the peace and quiet. 2 night minimum stay, 3 night minimum Memorial day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor day weekend.
Front door access code will be provided separately prior to check-in.

Guest Access:
Whole house and garage. No access to basement

3 night minimum booking on holiday weekends.
Please note there is No beach access. Lake Erie water level is at historic highs. There is a Breakwall at waters edge. A perfect place to set up a fire, sit and enjoy the view.
