My Chic Studio is located is centrally located in Southtown/ Downtown San Antonio. A few blocks from the 15-mile Riverwalk Mission Reach, 5 Breweries, 12+ Restaurants & Coffee Shops, Art Galleries & walking distance to Downtown. Enjoy my fully stocked kitchen, luxury furnishings, and quality mattress while staying in San Antonio's most walkable neighborhood! Great for a biz trip, weekend getaway, or staycation. We welcome pets & long-term stays.

The Space:
** PLEASE NOTE: This home is pet friendly! There's an additional pet cleaning fee of $50.00 PER pet. 2 Pets MAX. Pet restrictions to only allow cats & dogs. Please reach out to the host with any further questions! **

Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, microwave, refrigerator, and 4 burner gas stove! Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig Coffee machine. The coffee area is stocked with creamer, sugar, and K-Cups that are available to use. The dining area features 3 dining chairs that can be used for dining, a work station and more.

Living Space: Our home is a studio set up with an open floor plan, high ceilings, & lots of natural light. A 50" Smart TV is available with Netflix, Hulu, Disney, YouTube, and more for streaming. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for all of your streaming/ internet needs.

Sleeping Quarters:
Get a great night's rest on the King size Hybrid memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, and a down comforter. The windows have blinds along with black out curtains as well. The HVAC setup is a mini split that is controlled by the remote next to the bed. A fan is also in the main area to help with air circulation.

The full bathroom features a glass shower with tile and a single vanity. Fresh towels and linens are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. A blow dryer is provided in the bathroom vanity drawer.

Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control and are controlled by the mini split! Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. Please do not adjust the unit below 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offer a bright-open feel! Closing the shades and curtains will help keep the home temperature cooler.

Exterior: The unit is located in a duplex with a shared wall with the other unit. The property does not have a backyard.

Parking: All Guests will have to park on the street. Free parking is available along the curb. There's also a paid parking lot a few properties down.

The entire unit is yours to enjoy during your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy 5 Breweries nearby: Kunstler (.5 mi), Dos Sirenos (1 block, my favorite!), Blue Star Brewing (.4 mi), Dorcol Distilling & Brewing (.3 mi) and Freetail Brewing Co (1.2 mi).

The Riverwalk Mission Reach, named a World Heritage Site in 2015, is a few blocks away at the end of the street. You can walk into Downtown which is approx. 1.5 miles from the home. The neighborhood is very walkable with tons of restaurants & things to do, has an eclectic vibe with friendly locals and is very dog friendly. Enjoy live music, outdoor bars/ eateries, or hike/bike along the 15 miles of San Antonio Mission trail!

10 to 15 minute drive from the San Antonio Int'l Airport.

Getting Around:
Southtown is considered to be the most walkable neighborhood downtown with tons of restaurants and things to do within a 1 mile walk.

Uber, Lyft & Taxi's are available for mobile transportation, usually with only a few minutes wait. The scooters available nearby are Bird, Lime, and Razor. There's a B-Cycle Station (rental bikes) a 1/2 mile away on the river available for hourly or daily rental. There's also a VIA bus public transportation stop a short walk away.
