Beautiful and fully renovated one bedroom with two full bathrooms. You will fall in love from the moment you walk through the door! The kitchen is bright and open and features ample cabinetry with beautiful counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom offers a king bed and SMART TV. Master bathroom has a walk in shower while hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The living room features a sectional with sleeper and flat screen TV. Spacious, fully furnished balcony for taking in those breathtaking sunrises or watching the cruise ships pass by. First Florida Getaway

The condo was newly renovated, had everything we could ever need or want in the kitchen, two renovated full baths, and a south facing balcony for all afternoon sun! This complex has a lovely pool and hot tub and is directly on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great Location and Renovated Unit!

Overall we had a great 5 night stay at this VRBO Property! We have stayed in many before and this one ranks as one of the cleanest we have been too, lovely renovations too! A few things we found were lacking, like tea, sugar and things like a pen/paper, tape or any kind of plastic wrap or ziplock bags, but other than that is was well stocked! The sheets and beds were comfortable and we had 1 blanket missing for the sofa bed and we got a very quick response from the owner to remedy it! The laundry room was clean and easy to access, although there are only 2 washers and dryers for the whole building. The view was amazing and the pool was warm and clean as well. Access to the beach was a breeze and the elevators worked fast and well the whole trip. The unit itself was as described although not a ton of space for our suitcases but we definitely made it work! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!
