The unit features a dedicated workspace along with a newly renovated fully-stocked kitchen and bathroom!

The home is located only a couple blocks from Lake Michigan, in the most desirable and sought after neighborhood in Milwaukee. It's a short drive from downtown Milwaukee. The home is walking distance to many of Bay Views finest restaurants, adult beverage establishments, local shops, and coffee houses. The space is equipped with central heat, blazing fast WIFI download capabilities, and one oversized flat screen TV.

Each bedroom features, a firm mattress, 4 firm pillows, 400 thread count sheets, a large chest of drawers, a box fan is available, and blackout curtains for a great nights rest.

Kitchen is fully stocked with brand new amenities that guests are welcome to enjoy. The kitchen features three different ways to make coffee! This includes a Chemex, a Keurig, and a coffee grinder, also included is local coffee from Colectivo.

Pet allowed with non-refundable pet fee of $250.

The Washer and dryer are located in the pantry with laundry detergent included.
