**This large Andy Warhol inspired townhome has plenty of living space for a large group! (Just minutes to the Andy Warhol Museum of art)

***Furnished with comfortable high end pieces that not only look great but are oh so comfortable & durable! I want my guests to feel like they are at home, so put your feet up on the couch, eat in the living room, and feel free to really live in and enjoy the space!

Bedroom 1: Depending on your needs during your stay, it can either be a 2nd full living room or an additional sleeping area. Just let me know what would work best for your stay!

***Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to create a feast! Have a small dining table in kitchen as well as a large folding table a chairs that I can have set up if requested before stay! Also, guests can help themselves to complimentary coffee, water bottles, and snacks/treats!

***The house has two outdoor areas. A small backyard area that has a grill. As well as a rooftop patio with scenic views, definitely one of my favorite spots in the home!
