You will know you've arrived when you smell the salty air! A different view from every deck, from the front facing decks you’ll see the ocean in the distance, the back decks you’ll feel cradled in the Bay bushes and Live Oaks.  The first floor has a comfy sectional and smart TV. There is a small spare bedroom for kids to watch a movie or play a game. The full bathroom has bathtub shower with a grab bar. You can access the front deck from the living room and the back from the kitchen. You will have everything you will need to create your family's favorite meals and snacks plus a large eight-seat dining room table to share them on. Relax after dinner or for a morning cup of coffee on the front glider while planning your short walk to the beach.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a captured sunroom. The 3 bedrooms share a full bath with a bathtub/ shower. You do need to go through the master bedroom to go to and from the bunkroom.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a great day on the beach! Additional amenities in this lovely townhome include a washer/dryer, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and Internet, a picnic table on the back deck, a patio glider on the first-floor deck, and tall Adirondack chairs and table on the main bedroom deck! A well-equipped selection of family games to help pass the evenings is found in the TV room. Beach access is directly across the street and only a few minutes' stroll down a sandy pathway!

Check in time is 4pm, Guests may go directly to the property at or after 4pm

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.

Guest Access: Keyless entry Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward to the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue &Rehabilitation Center. Laid back and family friendly. Topsail Island is everything you could ask for in an Island get away.
