Welcome to our luxury apartment in Barra, a brand new condominium just a few steps away from the Barra Lighthouse and Farol Beach. You will love the prime location, surrounded by shops, bars, and amazing restaurants.

Our apartment is stunning and features a breathtaking ocean view. Situated on a high floor, it offers two parking spots for your convenience.

With two meticulously decorated bedrooms equipped with everything you need, a fully integrated and equipped kitchen, and a breezy balcony overlooking the sea, this is the ideal space for those seeking comfort, luxury, and privacy.

The suite is equipped with a double bed, closet, padded headboard, blackout curtains, and Split Hi Wall air conditioning. The ensuite bathroom features a shielded electric shower, large mirror, and hairdryer.

The second bedroom has a double bed, suspended side dresser, blackout curtains, and split air conditioning. The social bathroom has an electric shower and a mirror with indirect LED lighting.

The living room is cozy and features a modular sofa, 55-inch Smart TV. Our dining table is on the balcony, seating four people, and with a sea view.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need, including an inverter refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, Oster blender, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich grill, water filter, built-in dish rack in the cabinet, and complete utensils, including dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, and more.

The laundry area has a sink, floor clothesline, and iron.

You will also have access to the condominium's amenities, such as the rooftop with gourmet and fitness spaces, a panoramic infinity-edge pool for common use, a massage room, pet care (exclusive area for pets) and a bicycle storage area.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

Communication with guests is carried out as promptly as possible to ensure they feel welcomed, through the platform and also via phone.

Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.
