Only 10 Min. to easy freeway accessibility leading you to San Diego Zoo and Safari, Sea World, Legoland, museums, Down town San Diego Area, The Birch Aquarium in La Jolla, beaches galore, golf courses galore, Palomar Observatory, The Wine Tasting Safari, Wine Country Trails by Horseback - http://www.winecountrytrailsbyhorseback.com/ and balloon rides and more. These destinations range approx. 30 Min. to 1 hr. in trip time. There is so much more to see & do. What is great about our Country Getaway is you feel like you are way out in the country when you are actually only 10 min. - 15 Min. by car to the major Freeway to go North or South to all the hot spots. We are 1 hr 15 min. to Disneyland, within an 1 hr. to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World is 40-50 min. , Safari Zoo is 30 min. away, Legoland - 40 Min. and there are a lot more. EVENTS / PETS Baby & Wedding Showers are allowed with a max. of 24 guests and a max. cars of 12 - ONLY FOR THE DAY ! Max. of 9 guests for overnight ! There is an event charge of $500 per event with a $1,000 refundable damage deposit.
PETS are welcome upon approval of Manager / Owner. $75 pet fee per stay and please notify manager if you are attempting the bringing of a pet. A Max.of 1 pet is allowed if approved by Manager.

WEATHER is fabulous, mostly in the 70's even in the winter. In the summer we have warmer temperatures 80's, 90's and because we are 1,300 ft. above sea level we have a cool ocean breeze most of the time. Being less than 35 min. from Southern California beaches gives us the best of both climates because we are far enough from the ocean to escape most of the fog, clouds, and crowds yet close enough to enjoy the cool breezes in the heat of summer. Included are central heat and air conditioning if it does get too hot.
