Villa L’Oiseau Bleu is a newly-built, 3-bedroom villa high in the hills of St. Jean, offering panoramic views of the bay and the ocean beyond. L'Oiseau Bleu is situated above the renovated pond, just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants, but peacefully high above all the hustle and bustle of St Jean. The contemporary villa has a bright and open main room, with a large island separating the fully-equipped kitchen and living room. The large sliders can be fully opened to let in the cooling breezes, and bring the outside, in. The spacious terrace with the infinity pool tucked in the corner, has lounging and seating both in the sun or underneath the wraparound overhang in the shade, with stunning bird’s eye views. The master bedroom is situated just off the living room and offers a U.S. king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The other two bedrooms are accessed from the inside, through a staircase just outside the master bedroom. One has a king-size bed which is convertible into 2 twins and the other has a queen-size bed. There is a small, private terrace outside these rooms. All bedrooms have ocean views, A/C, his and her closets and a smart TV with Netflix. Villa l'Oiseau Bleu is a perfect villa for a family with children but can also suit couples vacationing together. Villa L'Oiseau Bleu comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
