PLEASE READ BEFORE TRYING TO BOOK
We are only allowed to rent to two different people a year and for a minimum of 30 days so these are the two booking periods available:
November 1- April 30th 2024 (you must book for the entire 6 months)
Enjoy our beautiful 2-bedroom pool home located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to all necessary amenities.
The space
The open floor plan and large windows create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Chefs kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and ample storage space. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, promising restful slumbers. Outside, there is a large caged-in pool area with a safety gate for pets and kids. A country club membership is available for those interested in golfing facilities. This home is pet-friendly and located close to shopping centers, restaurants, schools, and parks while maintaining its peacefulness.
Guest access
You have the entire home to yourself, however our guest bedroom and garage are locked because we use them as storage. Our HOA does not allow trucks overnight of any kind.
