Vaping is only allowed outside. No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property. $1000 damage fee if any smoking occurs inside.

We are from all over the place and like to travel a lot so we really want you to feel like you are in a unique space and have everything you need. Between the two of us, we have lived in Los Angeles for 49 years and we are foodies so that gets you a lot of recommendations if you want them. We love hosting naturally but we can also communicate with you as little or as much as you prefer!

Why they chose this property

It's a really safe community with a lot of culture and history. There are many cool restaurants in the area, easy freeway access, and it's super close to so many attractions with a fast train ride out to the beach on the Expo line.

What makes this property unique

I think that because it is furnished and decorated with intention, it has a private patio and driveway, and most of the interiors are organic/zero VOC plus a washer dryer inside, it's a lot different from many other places. We do offer free cancellations and prorated rent for cancelled work contracts with proof because we know how that feels and we know that's reality.
