Awesome House for Large Group

This house was awesome! Scott was beyond wonderful to work with and even got us a welcome gift to help us celebrate my husbands 30th birthday. Plenty of room for 12 guests. Sound system in the house is fun and the pool is perfect. Great house to grill out with friends while being only 20 minutes from the beach.

Awesome place

Was a group of 9 and the house was easily accommodating. It is very spacious. We had 4 vehicles and loved that we had sufficient parking for all. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. But more than that, the house is amazing. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but there is a great lounge area upstairs. It’s on the canal so watching the boats cruise up and down was awesome (maybe next year I’ll just bring the boat and park rather than fly) but all in all I have been to many vacation rentals…. I think this by far is top 1 or 2. Any questions we had we messaged the host. And the response was almost immediate.
