Location is everything! Just steps golf cart ride away from Old Town’s best attractions. Upon entering this house you will be transported back to a time of gunslingers and horse back riders. Make yourself some dinner and drinks before heading out to the backyard for a swim. Here you will find a cozy patio with a salt water pool (not heated), colored lights, swim up bar stools and a Saloon backdrop for photo op. Tee up with your friends in the putting green or just lounge by the pool watching the game. If you choose to go out and enjoy the sights, you will find Old Town’s best restaurants and bars just a short walk/drive/golf cart ride away.

Central location: Less than 10 min from Airport, 3 min to Freeway 101 & 202, 1 min to Old town & Fashion Square, 5 min to Mill Ave, Talking Stick Casino, ASU, Tempe Marketplace, The Metro-Light Rail, Mesa, Phoenix, Arcadia.

NEARBY ESSENTIALS: Albertsons grocery walking distance, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Subway, Chipotle, and many other Restaurants walking distance.
Other things to note:
Please, no parties after 10pm. City of Scottsdale is cracking down on this very hard, and rightfully so. Scottsdale recently made new policies and fines between $250 and $1,000 if cops arrive to the home for a noise complaint. If that happens the guest will be billed that fee. Close the windows after 10pm and keep the noise inside and there won’t be any noise complaints.
Scottsdale has hundreds of amazing Bars and Clubs right down the street- go party over there at night, that is what they are there for.and they're super fun!

Unexpected Dirty Dishes - otherwise good

All was as expected except we had to buy our own dishwasher detergent and clean the dishes as they sticker upon arrival. Otherwise all good.
