The main floor toilet hadn't been bolted down, so the dirty drain water eventually leaked through our ceiling and onto our stove. It was fixed, but property management didn't apologize or even follow-up with us. When he cut a hole in the ceiling above the stove to investigate, we could see there was no insulation for sound, which explains all the noise from the main floor suite. We had to ask for basic items that were missing from kitchen cupboards. Pots/pans are all Teflon. A few furnishings are bent/broken. Looks nice in the pictures, but IKEA furniture isn't always durable enough for rentals. Early one Sunday morning, a cleaner came to clean the main floor suite and made a lot of noise with radio blaring. She was quite rude when asked how long she would be. Best to avoid this location.
