Nestled between the sweeping shores of East and West Bays, near the base of Old Mission, this timeless retro enclave is in the center of it all. Close to beaches, a 5-minute drive to downtown, or choose to make your way up the Peninsula to the wineries, orchards, restaurants, scenic views, boat launches, and Old Mission Lighthouse. This one-of-a-kind century-old bungalow is located on a private 1 acre lot. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, and watch the sun rise over the East Bay.
This home is a perfect blend of character from a bygone era, and all of today's modern conveniences. Because this is my primary home (not an investment property), it is completely outfitted with 'all the things'. The cook and/or baker will find they have what they need (mixers, blenders, food processor etc.). As such, while most closets will be cleared out, there are a couple that may have items in them.
The private lot provides space to bring your boat (which can be taken to two close boat launches, one on East Bay, less than a mile north, or another on West Bay, 7 miles north).
Guests will enjoy the front porch with views of East Bay and the Bluff across a beautiful vineyard. There is also a private back patio with Wisteria awning and sectional seating.
There are 3 beach bikes (2 Elektra's and 1 Specialized) and helmets for use by guests.
The 3rd bedroom includes a daybed, which can be converted to a King or used as two twins.
While the home sleeps 6 comfortably, the sectional sofa can accommodate up to two additional children/small adults. There is also a twin air mattress.
