About this property

Welcome to your dream vacation getaway, where indoor and outdoor entertainment and relaxation seamlessly merge. This 3 bedroom home is the ideal place to enjoy the outdoors in a private setting on over an acre of land that backs up to a vineyard. The property features a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar/lounge, and fire pit. There is a garden with fresh herbs and vegetables and a beautifully landscaped yard to add to the serene environment.

In the main living room there is a large sectional couch and 83" flat screen tv and board games for indoor entertainment. There is a formal dining room that seats up to 9 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a gas cooktop, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is counter bar seating as well as a built in breakfast nook with additional seating. The indoor fire place area can also be used for additional sleeping space.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a dresser, and tons of closet space. The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds and a dedicated work space. They share a full size bathroom with a stand up shower. All rooms have custom curtains with sheer and black out curtains as well as ceiling fans.

Outside there is a salt water pool with a Baja shelf, waterfall jets and built in jacuzzi that has an automatic cover installed. The outdoor kitchen has a built in BBQ grill, mini fridge and a cooler for additional beverages. The outdoor dining table sits up to 8 people. There is an outdoor sofa lounge to relax in by the pool. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas by the pool and rafts and floats to use in the pool. There is a fire pit area with additional seating and an outdoor shower. Off the patio there is an outdoor bar/lounge area that has air conditioning and a large flat screen TV. The covered patio has built in Sonos speakers and over head heaters.

It is located 10 minutes away from Healdsburg plaza and there is easy freeway access. There are plenty of grocery stores, wineries and restaurants nearby.

Overall a great stay. Nice home. Would be great in warm weather as the outdoor area is quite inviting My only issue was there was a lot of the owners items in the refrigerator as well as all the cupboards. Even their car in the garage. They were generous and said we could use anything which was nice. All main areas were free of clutter but cupboards and drawers were very full. We felt a little awkward looking for items as it felt it was all their personal items. Other than that all was good. Lisa is great to work with.

Relax

We were in the area for my son’s wedding for four nights and it is the ideal place to return to reminisce with family, relax and rejuvenate. I wish we could have spent more time on the property to enjoy all it has to offer. The house was not only incredibly spacious but also thoughtfully designed to accommodate a large group like ours. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone— no one felt cramped. The common areas, including the lovely living room, beautiful outdoor patio/landscape/pool were perfect for spending quality time together and relaxing. The yard is large, plenary of room for my large dog to roam around and get his exercise. The decor and furniture throughout the house are classic, timeless, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and spices making it easy for us to prepare meals. My family enjoyed relaxing and chilling in the dining/kitchen area, living room, and outdoor space. The patio was perfect for family BBQs and relaxation. Location-wise, this home was a located close to the freeway in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our host was responsive and was accommodating to our needs. Our family unanimously agrees that this was the most relaxing Vrbo home experience we've ever had. If you're planning to be in the area with family or close friends, I can't recommend this place enough. It truly made our trip unforgettable, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!
