Apartment situated in the charming neighborhood of Passage in the center of Cabo Frio!
It has modern decoration, is well lit, airy, all renovated, and with new and good quality furniture!
The property is located on the 1st floor. The building has an internal system of cameras for 24 hour security and parking space.

The property is facing wooded Flag Square! The square is well lit, with sports courts, children's playground and restaurants. In just ten minutes (walk), you reach the beautiful beach of Forte, the trendy Canal or the famous street of bikinis! All without having to take the car from the garage!

The property has all domestic appliances and NOT have bed linen and towels!

Para começar, fomos muito bem recebidos pela Gabriela, prima da proprietária (quem faz o check-in e check-out) e a Bianca (proprietária) tirou todas as dúvidas antes de chegarmos. O apartamento é muito bem cuidado, todo limpinho, organizado e funcional é exatamente oque está nas fotos, acomodou muito bem eu, minha esposa e meus dois filhos . Os residentes do prédio e o zelador são muito simpáticos também. O prédio fica num excelente bairro de Cabo Frio (bairro Passagem), rua tranquila, tem uma praça cheia de vida em frente (com quadra de areia e outra poliesportiva), o que traz mais segurança ao local. Muito bem localizado, pois fica a poucos minutos da Praia do Forte (caminhando, uns 5 ou 10 minutos) e do centro (de carro, uns 5 minutos) e com bons restaurantes nas redondezas (não precisa nem tirar o carro da garagem).Achamos o colchão da cama de casal duro, mas tinham umas espumas que amenizaram e também poderia ter uma TV a cabo. No geral minha estadia foi muito boa e tendo oportunidade com certeza voltarei.
