Welcome to our charming and cozy 1960's 3BD/2BA mid-century modern style home! Your group will be close to all of the action in the Gulch, Midtown, Edgehill, and Downtown in our laid-back home, nestled in the stylish and active Argyle neighborhood!

Step into the open concept living area, perfect for entertaining your group. Our fully equipped kitchen ensures you feel right at home during your stay. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and hassle-free street parking. The hallway leads to three inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a plush Queen bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, we provide an air mattress and a sleeper sofa!

The home features two full bathrooms, one accessible from the hallway and the other attached to the Master Bedroom. We provide linens, extra blankets, and keep the bathrooms stocked with towels and washcloths. Accommodating up to 6 guests, our home offers a comfortable and inviting retreat. Tiny house

Spent a wonderful Easter weekend with our adult children. Not a lot of space to sit inside, but the back patio offered a fire pit and 4 chairs. Great little spot in an awesome location.
