ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE:
Access to this property requires crossing a creek bed. Although the creek does not always have water and is not an active creek, there is no bridge over the creek bed. You will have to cross the creek with your vehicle to access the property. We do experience water in the creek during and after heavy storms. At the deepest point where you will cross, we have seen the creek get up to about a foot of water. Please keep this in mind if you have a vehicle low to the ground.

PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

A Little Slice of Heaven

This is an absolutely beautiful property! Brand new, very clean and in the perfect location. We found so much peace there at a time we needed it most. We will definitely rent again!

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with except a pitcher for iced tea. Plenty of towels, soaps, toilet paper, etc. Area was quiet and no neighbors. As mentioned in the listing Chattanooga is 45-60 mins away (there is nothing nearby) and you do have to cross a ditch to get to the house. So do not plan to go in a lower vehicle, especially if it has been rainy. Some disappointments we had were: We had a hard time finding the place. Sign was further back off the road and was small. We passed it and had to turn around. No cell phone reception. The beds were uncomfortable, they responded they would look into getting toppers. I mentioned we had a 3 year old coming and there was breakable stuff eye level in the main area (thankfully we moved it before she got to it) and all the cleaning supplies are on a rolling cart beside the washer right as soon as you walk in the door. There are no shelves to move it to. The grill did not light when we were trying to use it. Fishing was a bust (not much they can do about that) but don't expect many big catches here. Mostly tiny bluegill, water was pretty shallow on this end if the lake. Overall stay was okay but in my opinion it was not worth the price we paid. Would not stay here again.
