Step into Searenity House’s open-concept kitchen/dining/living area via convenient keyless entry and follow the natural light and soaring ceilings into the living room. Relax into the comfy seating area, perfectly arranged for conversation. Enjoy your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the living-room’s 55" Fire TV. Participate in playing board games or grab a deck of cards for the whole family to enjoy.

Steps away from the living room, prep and cook your favorite recipes in the nicely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, chef-preferred stainless-steel stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops and all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, small appliances, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your best culinary creations. Grilling on the charcoal grill outside is also a fun option.

Grab your morning hot beverage from the Keurig coffeemaker or drip pot where you’ll find several spots throughout Searenity House to enjoy your beverages. Try the breakfast bar in the kitchen-dining area, or for fresh air – the lanai or covered porch. If you’re in the Master Bedroom, your own private entrance to the lanai is just steps away where you can enjoy your coffee or tea.

Dine at the dining table for six, supplemented by additional seating for two at the kitchen breakfast bar – also a lovely spot for lunch or a snack.

Or dine al fresco on the lanai or covered patio. You’ll also find the sunning porch a delightful spot for lounging, soaking up a beautiful day, and breathing in that salty sea air while enjoying wine or cocktails. Or gaze at the stars by night and enjoy the large fenced in backyard.

✦The whole house and outdoor spaces on the property with the exception of the attached garage and backyard storage building. The garage and storage building are the owner's closets.

✦ No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with the digital keypad.

✦ Parking is available on the property, and the driveway can easily accommodate 4 cars. Please no parking in the yard.

✦ You’ll be close to charming, downtown Port St. Joe, as well as the beaches of St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach. Take the 5-minute walk to the beach and avoid parking hassles or if you choose to rent a golf cart during your stay, there is free parking along Hwy 98.

Other things to note:

✱ The home has a Ring doorbell with camera that will record any movement in the vicinity of the main door/entrance.

✱ Primary guest on the booking must be 25 or older.

✱ Per rules, parties/events are not allowed at this property.
