About this space
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway that sits perfectly perched above the beach of Dominicalito. Only four minutes to the famous waves of Dominical, you will relax by the pool with your favorite ice cold beverage while soaking up some vitamin D. Enjoy the ocean sunset and jungle views with the occasional visit from our local monkeys and toucans.
The space
Marisol Condos is set just high enough in the mountain to give you some amazing ocean/jungle views with spectacular sunsets and possible wildlife sightings, yet only one minute away from the main highway to get you into town quickly!
Guest access
The entire villa will be yours to enjoy as you wish. The pool area is shared with other guests though is typically empty aside from the high season of January to April. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrella shaded dining area provide the perfect spot to enjoy meals with a view.
Other things to note
Please use outside shower by pool to rinse away beach sand. No parties are allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside villa.

There may be some unforeseen issues with the amenities i.e. water outage, Internet outage, electricity, however that is not grounds for a refund.

This property is in a very bio diverse area of the world, there may be bugs or reptiles that can enter the house from time to time, however this is not grounds for a refund.

Stunning views in a 2 story condo

We loved our stay and did not want to leave. We got clear instructions for arrival from the host including the outside gate code. There is also a manned security gate where photo identification and automobile license plate were collected each time we entered the property. My wife loved the secure feeling. The unit has a beautiful pool & ocean view from the upstairs master bedroom balcony. The photos posted on VRBO were accurate. There is a tub in the master bathroom. We loved the place from the moment we walked in the door. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was great. Light switches are labeled in English and the unit is nicely decorated. The A/C worked great too. The unit is split level, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. There is a half bathroom, laundry room and kitchen downstairs too. I would recommend Eric as a host since he's very organized and helpful. I recommend the unit to anyone staying in the area who can handle a flight of stairs to the bedroom.
