About this property

Excellent apartment in Praia do Forte, with easy access to the village, where there are several bars, restaurants and other attractions, in addition to the beach (600m)!

Newly built, it has an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen, both with modern and cozy decor, in addition, it is fully furnished!

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water already included in the rate;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$900.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Note: We have 1 sofa bed in the living room.

Located in the newly built Condominium Garden, close to the village of Praia do Forte, where it has several options of bars and restaurants, being a strong point of the location!

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches and natural pools. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
