Casa como nas fotos, o Gui é muito prestativo e sempre respondia prontamente nossas dúvidas. Casa fica em um dos melhores condomínios fechados de Porto Seguro. Recomendo!!!

Excelente! Recomendo!

Superou nossas expectativas. Casa excelente, grande, bem organizada, limpa, móveis novos, bem estruturada, tem tudo que a gente precisa na cozinha (exceto ralador....kkk. Queria comer cenoura ralada e não achamos o ralador. kkkkk). O jardim é lindo, bem cuidado, piscina era sempre tratada (o tratador é um senhor bem simpático "esqueci o nome dele"). O condomínio Outeiro da Glória é excelente! A localização privilegiada! Próximo a comércios, Passarela do álcool.... Nós alugamos carro, ficou bem mais fácil. A negociação do aluguel foi feita com Gui Moraes ( não chegamos a conhecê-lo pessoalmente, ele estava viajando), mas sempre nos atendeu prontamente). Tem um mirante maravilhoso no Condomínio! Enfim, lugar maravilhoso de ficar, fomos em 7 adultos e uma criança de 02 anos. Ficamos muito bem instalados! SUPER RECOMENDO! Se Deus quiser, voltaremos em breve!
