Don't let the pictures fool you
I stay at the property for a weekend with HIGH hopes for an enjoyable stay. Let me start off by saying that Cribs Consulting of Round Rock, Texas is the managing host for this property. They have bad reviews on Google and a grade of F with the BBB. We arrived to this property and didn't have instructions on how enter, the front yard was not kept and when entering the property the over powering smell wasn't pleasant. During our initial walkthrough lead to many disappointing findings. The pool was GREEN and you couldn't see the bottom, the filtration waterline was leaking all over the side of the pool and the backyard was overgrown with piles of brush and a downed tree. Both bathrooms had mold and several lights were out. The dishwasher was set in place and wasn't anchored down to prevent movement. I made several calls and text to Cribs and they only offered to send someone out to try to fix the issues. Anyone that has owned a pool knows, if you shock a pool you cannot use at a minimum of 8 hrs later. The recommended time of using a pool after being shocked is 24 hours. Cribs informed me that Blake Carter, account manager/owner of Cribs, would call me to discuss my issues. I never received a call from Blake Carter after waiting over an hour. At that time I contacted Vrbo support with hopes of getting things resolved, cancel the reservation and/or some kind of resolution. Vrbo did their best to provide a resolution. Just wish I could upload pictures of the conditions.
