The home's open floor plan meets the culinary enthusiast in you with a fully-equipped kitchen that caters to your taste buds' whims. Featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig coffee machine and a plethora of dishes and silverware, the kitchen invites you to whip up gastronomical wonders.

Meal times are joyous in the large dining room that echoes with the cheer of hearty conversations. For quieter, cozy mornings, we have carefully crafted a charming breakfast nook, adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for hot cups of coffee to kickstart your day.

Soothing slumbers are guaranteed in our three appealing bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed and an in-room TV, a queen bed graces the second bedroom, and the third bedroom is ideal for the young ones with comfortable bunk beds. Ample storage space in each room ensures your belongings are well settled.

For your convenience, there are two spotless bathrooms in the home, each furnished with essentials and presenting a blend of comfort and utility. After a day of exploration and discovery, freshen up here with the hot showers and high-quality toiletries provided.

As the sun sets, step into the charming outdoor patio and embrace the joy of stargazing around the built-in fire pit. Reignite your BBQ grill master skills on our BBQ grill and delight in an al fresco meal.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy the privilege of exclusive access to our beautiful home, with the exception of one locked storage closet. Entry is facilitated through a keypad system, ensuring a hassle-free process. Parking won't be an issue as there's available space on the premises and free streetside parking in the neighborhood as well.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a beautiful and established neighborhood located conveniently in between Noblesville and Westfield. Short drive to both towns.

Getting Around:
You are only a short drive into Westfield and Noblesville. No car? No problems, although slower than downtown Indy, Ubers do pick up in the area!

As we approach the season of renewed warmth and natural beauty, our property emerges as an excellent choice for your spring break. Whether you're planning a refreshing family vacation or a fun-filled reunion, our home serves as a fantastic base for exploration. Venture out to the lively Urban Vines Winery & Brewery or relax at the picturesque Morse Park & Beach.

As May's Memorial Day approaches, consider creating lifelong memories by gathering in our spacious home. Enjoy family feasts at our large dining table and celebrate with an impromptu BBQ in our alfresco dining area.

While extending a warm welcome, we ask you to adhere to our house rules. No pets, smoking, or unregistered guests are allowed. We also require you to undergo and clear the verification process.

Please bear in mind that damages must be promptly reported and will be charged to the guest. Additionally, while parking is available, it is not designated. You won't have a private entrance, but the ease of a keypad system ensures quick access.
