Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay.
Enjoy this large home with plenty of room for the whole family. It includes a fully equipped kitchen area. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 10 in it's 5 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and bedding for all 6 beds is included. This house has a luxurious private pool for you and your family to enjoy as well. We are located in Esterillos Este between Jaco and Parrita. There are Restaurants, Grocery Store and Souvenir Shop at nearby Towne Center.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.2 per kWh.
