With a background of Travel and Tourism, Hotel and Property Management, Rental Property Investments, and now Real Estate for the last 15 plus years- it makes sense to add VRBO host to the list! We love hosting and hope that you enjoy our property.
Why they chose this property
This home has been in Justin’s family since the 1950’s. His late Grandpa and Grandma Wieger purchased the home in the 1950’s and lived here until 2018. Once Justin’s grandparents had passed on the home went on the market and sold right away. We had always regretted not purchasing the property, but unfortunately the timing just wasn’t right for us. Ironically, the property came up for sale in 2023 and we decided to buy it. There were lots of conversations of things we could change or possibly renovate- but every time we would walk thru the house- we decided it was perfect just the way it is.
We knew we wanted to turn it into a VRBO- and our hopes are that our guests enjoy the property as much as we have over the years!

What makes this property unique
This home is a cozy little property. Situated on a corner lot with abundant parking, alley access, and great curb appeal. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with long residing neighbors that were lifelong friends of Justin’s grandparents. Small town hospitality, safe neighborhood/community. Very clean home with new beds, new living room furniture, new appliances, updated windows, white vinyl siding, tastefully decorated, lots of extra amenities.
Oh and maybe even a snicker bar or two in the bottom drawer of the refrigerator- because Grandpa Ray always knew how to spoil his visiting grandkids with some chocolate.
