About this property

The Crane House on the Withlacoochee River

Are you looking for a nice private spot with lots of nature and a million dollar view? Well this is the place for you. It is situated at the end of a canal off the Withlacoochee River. There is a double decker dock where you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink to wind down after a day of sightseeing and building memories. There is always a nice breeze coming off the river even on a hot day. The house was a 1960's fish camp that was totally renovated from top to bottom. We named it the Crane House because you will likely get a visit from two Sandhill Cranes every day.
The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a double futon in the den for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a family meal. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences with dish washer, disposal, and icemaker. Outside is a weber gill to enjoy a family cookout with plenty of outdoor seating if you choose to eat outside. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a meal outside. There is a RV site on the property for an additional fee.
