Porto das Dunas (neighborhood name) is the most popular place among tourists. It has the best water park in Brazil (Beach Park), several restaurants around, live music concerts, and it is very safe.

What makes this property unique

I remodeled the entire apartment on August 2024. It is beautifully decorated and it has all the accessories that you need during your beach stay (complete kitchen, sheets, blankets, bath and pool towels, etc). The patio has a stunning sunset view. The building has amazing pools with a bar/restaurant, and a private entry to the beach!
